"I was in a RTA in 2003 and was 18yrs at the time. I had a lot of major things to deal with at that time and also knowing that I had to get a solicitor to take on my case. I contacted several solicitors, but I wanted to be secure in knowing that when I handed over my case that it would be done to a very high standard. When I met Ralph for the first time, he came to see me in the NRH. I had a good feeling when I talked to him that he was honest, respectful and most of all made me feel secure in knowing that he would be more than capable to handle my case.
With a spinal injury the compensation you receive is really important in your future years. I think that Ralph and Jessica really have an understanding of the importance of this. This is strange to see, as most people don’t have an understanding of the daily challenges people with disabilities have.
Throughout my case I was continuously updated and was always given prior notice to any meetings with people on his behalf or other parties. On many occasions I contacted Ralph for advice and help to do with situation outside the realm of the case and he was more than helpful in resolving any of the problems.
One of the main reasons why I have and will continue to use Ralph is his ability to offer a professional friendship. What I mean by this, there is something more than just a solicitor firm; a more personal understanding of each client seems to be very important to him and is very obvious to see.
Over the last few years I have met and dealt with a lot of different people and to date I have not met anyone that has treated me and the people around with more respect than Ralph. This in today’s world is lost by most professionals in my eyes.
I really can’t get across enough that with Spinal Injuries there is nobody better at handling these cases than Ralph and Jessica. I will be for ever grateful to Ralph; he has changed my life in a way that I cannot explain.
Finally I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ralph and Jessica for taking on my case and giving me an outcome that has given me back part of my life that was once lost in my mind. For this I will be forever indebted to both of you. The words “thank you” does not come close to expressing how grateful I am. Thank you both very much."
