Our aim is to recover as much of the legal costs and fees possible from the person(s) responsible for your injuries/their insurers.
We will discuss the costs and fees with you at the initial consultation. We like to agree a Professional Fee with our clients at the outset, where possible, so that our clients are aware of the costs implications for their claim. Should it not be possible to ascertain a fixed fee we will estimate such costs.
Our Professional fee will be based on the work we will do on your case and we will also outline any outlay necessarily incurred to bring your case to a conclusion such as medical reports etc. We will write to you confirming the estimated costs and outlay in accordance with Section 68 of the Solicitors (Amendment) Act 1994.
